Immigrant Wake Up Call

One of the things I chuckle about is when immigrants come to the United States and drink the 'hate on African Americans' Kool Aid.   They loudly proclaim inside and outside their communities and on right wing radio and TV how they're 'not like Black people'.   They spout the same BS right wing talking points denigrating African Americans and even become and vote Republican to differentiate themselves from those 'un-American' Black people.

But the millisecond they get screwed politically by the white dominated power structure, all of a sudden they figure out that we weren't selling woof tickets about 'whiteness' and 'white supremacy' and now come running to the same people they loudly dissed  for support on their issues.

What these immigrants forget is that we African descended peeps got off the boat 400 years ago and sometimes in chains.    We have been fighting the war against 'whiteness and 'white supremacy' longer than the United States has been an organized nation.

This post was largely driven by this first generation Ethiopian descended girl who was born here, but her parents immigrated from that nation.   She went on several well publicized ignorant YouTube rants slamming African Americans, then was shocked when we justifiably verbally pimp slapped her clueless behind.

The same African Americans who fought tooth and nail to get our federal government to increase the stringent quotas on emigration from African continent nations so that her trifling azz could be born here in the first place.

And this is our thanks for doing so.

The same dynamic is in play with other ethnic groups that emigrate here as well.   I haven't like Dinesh D'Souza's behind either for spouting the same clueless conservarhetoric, but when his 'useful fool' status is up, they'll kick him to the curb with the quickness as well..

Sooner or later you're going to learn immigrants, that conservatives are not your friends.   You're also going to learn the hard way as you spend more time here that what you've been told about African Americans by conservative leaning Americans and the reality are grossly different.

Contrary to what they tell you, we African-Americans are spiritual people who believe in hard work, family values and love this country, too.  The difference is that we also believe that the government has a major role to play to ensure that our society is equal, just and fair for all Americans, and not just for a certain vanilla flavored slice of the populace at the expense of everybody else.

That puts the vast majority of African Americans at odds with the conservafools.    We're not like their base voters who are too stupid to see they're getting played and the 10% of our Oreo cookie chomping peeps who actually vote GOP.

So the 90% who don't buy into their vanilla scented bull feces get demonized for being thinking American voters.   When you're a people who have had to fight tooth and nail for those constitutional rights and needed government intervention at times in our history to not only secure their civil rights, but avoid any slippage, a strong central government is vitally important to you.

So you might as well start talking to us now, instead of believing the anti-Black hype, getting your faces cracked by the conservative movement, then having to come back to us asking for our support on your issues.

We'll resist the urge to say 'I told you so' when you do as we welcome you with open arms to the struggle against 'whiteness' and 'white supremacy' and a just society for all..
